What a claim. The advertisers can be understood as making a wordplay on the idea that a low-emission, highly fuel efficient car is moble while inflicting less damage on the "environment" is "an environmental movement", however it really just makes light of a very complex set of ideas that IS the Environmental Movement. This advertisement contributes to the idea that buying certain products is the way to counteract ecological devastations, and that one can do their part by purchasing the "right" items.
